His investments cut across the Agribusiness Value Chain including; Aquaculture/Fishery, Crops and Livestock Farming, Off-taking and Value Addition (Food Processing), Logistics, Marketing and Agro-Export Promotion. He’s the Founder and proprietor of Enterprise Grooming Institute also known as the “University of Experience” where job creators are groomed. Popularly known as the “Jagaban of Enterprise”, Prince Ajisefinni Ayodeji’s strides in development of Agribusiness, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is consistent.

IMPACTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Capacity Building and Empowerment

• In the last 5 years, he’s trained and empowered over 200 persons on Agribusiness Development, and over 50% of the students are engaged in both Livestock and Crops (vegetable) farming till date.
• He facilitated a special free training on Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Kwara State Government for 500 soon to retire civil servants and they have since (2018) been engaged in value addition for food products.
• HAGIF – He (in 2018) organized an Agric Fair in Ilorin which had over 1,000 participants. The participants have continued to benefit from the project till date.
• AGSMEIS – He’s trained and empowered over 5,000 persons including women and youths on Entrepreneurship across the South-west and North-Central states of Nigeria. This has made a real impact on the development of SMEs in these states (2017 till date).
• He’s the Founder and CEO Enterprise grooming Institute, a private Institution that focuses on Enterprise and Human Capital Development from 2015 till date.
• He’s an Aggregator and Prime-Anchor for the CBN Anchor Borrower Programme till date.

Leadership and Professional Experience

• Prince Ajisefinni is the State Chairman Nigeria Association of Small and Medium Enterprise and
• He served meritoriously as the President Rotary Club of Ilorin Metro in 2016/2017.
• He served as the Lead Consultant Agribusiness Division at Harmony Holdings Limited, Ilorin, Kwara State
• He’s the erstwhile Technical Adviser to Senior Special Adviser on SME to the Government of Kwara State
• He’s a Technical Consultant to the Government of Ekiti state and State of Osun respectively on Enterprise and Agribusiness Development
• He also a Lead Consultant to First City Monument Bank and Sterling Bank on Agribusiness and SMEs Development.
• Prince Ajisefinni served as a Consultant to the Bank of Industry (BOI) on debt recovery in 2014 – 2018.
• He’s the State Chairman, Rice Millers Association on Nigeria – Kwara State Chapter.v
